Surprisingly when we poll our guests a large number never leave the cabin- maybe it's all of our games, or the kids play areas that give adults time to connect without interruption... or then again our hot tub is a high ranking favorite.
Sledding / Tubing

There are a few places for sledding, the easiest is the hill in front of the cabin! Solider Hollow also has rope tow tubing that is a BLAST- about 20 min away. If you are sledding with us don't forget your sleds and cocoa!!
Snowmobiling
From Christmas to end of March our main dish is deep powder. With free rental delivery and ride-from-the- door access into stunning trails and deep powder backcountry access.
Park City
Park City- The name says it all. Old town for galleries, the resort (largest in the US) has year round activities, shops, museums and concerts and is the size of Delaware. Amazing mountain hike and bike trails- Park Silly market... the list is endless.
Heber Creeper
A LOT of our guests take their families to ride the Heber Creeper- a series of 150 year old restored locomotives with 1.5-3hr rides with options for meals, themed rides and operating year round with some very scenic routes.
Olympic Park
The Utah Olympic Park in Park City has a lot to offer- free museum of ski gear, jump park, a mountain alpine slide, zip lines... you can spend the day here. You may even be able to watch the pros doing jump training!
Fly Fishing
The Provo River offers a premier blue ribbon trout fishery. Brown and rainbow trout reach record lengths in the Provo, with a typical fish running 18 inches or bigger. In some areas the Provo offers 3,000 or more trout per mile. Enough said. 20 min away.
Ski Resorts
Deer Valley, Park City, Sundance...
all within 30 minutes, then the big 4 in SLC, Brighton, Solitude, Snowbird and Alta.... worlds best powder and more resorts than you can visit. Park City and Canyons are combined now to be the largest ski resort in the US.

Thank you so so much for helping us create a memorable weekend! - it was a great, fun, easily reachable but removed getaway destination. Very fun, spacious, and relaxing. And beautiful! Our favorite: The wall pipe game...I've never seen so many full grown men be so engrossed in one activity for so long!!! Loved the game selection, the heated floors, the hot tub!

ATVs / Razors
ATVs... A good number of our guests bring or rent razors of the like. If you rent from Uintah Recreation with us they will deliver to the door for free.
The National Forest near by us has hundreds of miles of trails.
Great for our children and grand children. Everything was clean and wonderful and we had plenty of room for our family. The kids loved the toys and games and exploring around the cabin. It was very convenient having the four wheelers dropped off and picked up. The beds were comfortable and it was great having a kitchen stocked with all of our cooking needs. Having the extra refrigerator outside was perfect. We loved it and made some great memories with our children and grandchildren!!
