RATES

Rates have several moving parts, so for a real rate quote please submit your info to us with the form at the bottom of this page.  

  • HEADCOUNT:  Rates are based on 12 guests, have extras coming? do the math:    your nightly rate / 12 = extra guests cost per night

  • MINIMUM STAY:     Winter 2-3 nts, Summer 3-4 nts. 

  • HIGH SEASON:  339-450 per night range usually;  December holidays weeks are higher.

  • WINTER HIGH SEASON is mid-Dec to mid-March         

  • SUMMER HIGH SEASON is Memorial to Labor day

  • LOW SEASON: Rates are less than High Season rates... usuall late March to May and also November; These times are still gorgeous, especially in April and May.

  • DURATION / WEEKENDS : We do offer better rates for the longer you stay; rates are higher Thurs, Fri, Sat nights.

  • HOLIDAYS:  

  • Holiday rates vary, 339-795 per night. Holidays have 3-5 night minimum stays, we include legal holidays, UEA weekends and the like.

  • CLEANING, HOT TUB and PLOWING: A flat single charge of 279 for all of these services, based on 14 guest.

  • SELF-CLEAN- This MAY be an option during low season, but never in winter or summer. Inquire.

  • ULTRA CLEAN- $425 and up. If you want to leave the cabin a disaster, let us know, we'll plan for a bigger cleaning crew; rate is based on headcount, dates, etc.

Was great, cabin was exactly what we wanted! Sorry we couldn't stay for longer!

Cabin was great,  was exactly what we wanted – remote enough that we could keep to ourselves and only have each other for company for our reunion but still close to amenities! Absolutely no complaints!  Very clean!  Had everything we needed and more!  Again great entertainment-  Great stay, loved the cabin as did my entire group, great ambiance great location sorry we couldn't stay for longer.

  • ATVs and SNOWMOBILES: inquire

  • RENTALS: Inquire... We have access to a full line of machines available with FREE DELIVERY!!!. Click the snowmobile on the home page for pricing.

  • MAID SERVICE: Daily clean up, laundry, turn-down services. $45/day for most groups 12-14.  

  • CREDIT CARD / PayPal PAYMENT: Add 6% Paying by check is free.

  • FULL EARLY IN and FULL LATE OUT:  Based on availability; during high season it may only be offered 10-14 days before check-in. 

If you only need an hour early just ask at booking, sometimes it's possible, we just need time for the cleaners to assure it's ready.
EARLY IN: Usual check in is 4pm. Early in is 6am or after.
LATE OUT: Usual out is 11am. Late out is 11:59pm.
The first one (early or late) is $140, buy both for $250 (like adding another day!)

  • KITCHEN / CABIN STOCKING: Set up for the cabin to be fully stocked with groceries when you arrive.

  • CHEF, MAID, MASSAGE... 

Want dinner without hauling 16 guests into town only to be rushed out of the restaurant because your group is taking up their seats? Want classy dinner without the server looking down on you for having kids? Stay in house! Have it prepped right in front of you and take all the time you want... ask about our chef!
